The Story

Carefully curated. Harmoniously balanced. 1829 Espresso is our seasonal espresso for milk. We source, roast and brew this coffee specifically for an exceptional milk based experience.

Llave de Oro is a 36-hectare farm in Sanchirio Palomar, managed by fourth-generation producer Andres Bazos. After years learning from agronomists and specialty mentors, Andres now oversees each part of the operation with great attention to detail. The result is a coffee that reflects both heritage and precision.

Cherries are picked fully ripe, sorted, and sealed in stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation. After pulping, the coffee is fermented again in ceramic tanks before being dried on raised beds. Each stage is measured to preserve balance, structure and a clean, composed profile.
